Terms of Service
General• I reserve the right to refuse any commission request.• I exclusively offer digital commissions. Upon completion of a commission, I will deliver all relevant high resolution files to the client's email. I will not print or ship physical prints.Copyright• As the artist, I retain full and exclusive rights to any artwork I produce. This means I am allowed to add it to my portfolio and use it to promote my work. If the client prefers I not share a particular piece publicly, I will honor this request.• The client may freely use my artwork for personal uses such as adding it to their art collection, gifting it to someone, or displaying it on their social media and other websites. The client may not reproduce or use my design for merchandise or commercial work unless this is agreed upon in the initial commission consultation. Commercial rights to my work will incur an additional fee to be discussed.• Whether using my artwork for personal or commercial use, the client may not claim my work as their own or remove my signature/ watermark.• Credit is greatly appreciated if you share a personal commission publicly, but not required. However, if my work is used for commercial use, the client must credit me as the designer and illustrator.Payment and Refunds• I currently only accept payment via PayPal Invoice.• I will start a commission after at least 50% of the payment has been received and will only send the final product after the full payment has been received.• I reserve the right to cancel a commission at anytime, for any reason, and without explanation. If I must cancel a commission, the client will receive a full refund. No refunds will be given if the client cancels.Workflow and Timeline• The specifics of the commission workflow vary from commission to commission, but the general process is as follows: deposit, sketch, revision and approval, line art, coloring, minor revision and approval, remaining payment, delivery of final product.• At the sketch revision stage, I will make up to 2 major edits to the sketch (ex: changes in pose, composition) for no additional cost. At the final revision stage, I will make up to 2 minor edits (ex: color changes) to the final piece for no additional cost. Additional costs for further edits will be discussed as necessary.• Please expect a working time of 2-4 weeks. If you have a hard deadline for a commission that is less than 2 weeks away, depending on my availability, I may offer priority commissions. For an extra 50% of the original commission’s price, I will prioritize completion of your commission as much as I can, completing the process in 1 week or less. Please discuss your needs with me in the initial consultation and I will determine if this is possible.Communication• The client is encouraged to actively communicate throughout the process, particularly to:(1) Inform me once the deposit has been paid.(2) Revise and approve the commission sketch.(3) Revise and approve the final piece.• I may be reached through email ([email protected]).
